Deputy Director, Behavioral and Family Empowerment

This is a senior-level management position that serves as primary backup to the Executive Director in the management of Changing Tides Family Services programs, personnel, and operations. The Deputy Director plans, develops, and oversees implementation of a range of mental health and family support programs and supervises staff. Exercising considerable independent judgement, the Deputy Director will be expected to manage or personally conduct sensitive, difficult, and complex staff work.

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with five years of full-time experience administering complex human service programs in a management capacity with budgetary responsibility above $2,000,000. Increasingly responsible management of a nonprofit organization desirable. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and skills required for this position includes graduation from a four-year college or university with major course work in business or public administration (graduate degree preferred) or equivalent experience.

This full-time position starts at $7,938.15 per month. Position open until filled with a first review date of July 22, 2024.

Program Analyst

This position performs functions that support the accurate maintenance of data, accurate calculation of child care reimbursements, and performs activities that enable the smooth functioning of complex systems which generate child care reimbursements in accordance with State and agency policies. Requires DOJ/FBI Criminal Background Check and driving record consistent with insurance company requirements. Starts $20.22 per hour. Position open until filled with a first review date of July 25, 2024.

Program Assistant-Case Management

This position performs basic level case management eligibility tasks and provides administrative and clerical support and services for Child Care Services by implementing administrative systems; ensuring procedures and policies are followed; monitoring administrative projects, maintaining client and staff confidentiality; and providing high quality customer service. Requires DOJ/FBI Criminal Background Check, and driving record consistent with insurance company requirements. Starts at $19.36/hour. Position open until filled with a first review date of July 17, 2024.

Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist

This intermittent position provides support to children, youth, and families in a variety of settings including home, school, and community consistent with identified therapeutic needs; provides 1:1 behavior coaching in the home, school, or community; provides referral and linkage to community resources; provides parent education and support as directed; performs related work as assigned. Requires DOJ/FBI Criminal Background Check, TB Clearance, and driving record consistent with insurance company requirements. Starts at $24.56/hour plus mileage reimbursement. OPEN UNTIL FILLED.

Respite Worker

This intermittent position serves as a personal attendant to provide care and supervision of children or adults who have developmental disabilities, including but not limited to: autism, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy.  Performs work in family residences or, as approved, in community settings. Requires proof of COVID-19 vaccine, DOJ/FBI Criminal Background Check, and may require driving record consistent with insurance company requirements. Starts at $16.81/hour plus mileage reimbursement. OPEN UNTIL FILLED.

Respite Specialist

This intermittent position serves as a personal attendant to provide care and supervision of children or adults who have developmental disabilities, including but not limited to: autism, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy and who also engage in challenging behaviors. Performs work in family residences or, as approved, in community settings. Requires proof of COVID-19 vaccine, DOJ/FBI Criminal Background Check, and driving record consistent with insurance company requirements. Starts at $17.52/hour plus mileage reimbursement. OPEN UNTIL FILLED.
