Family Preservation Services
The Family Preservation Program is a collaborative service provided by Changing Tides Family Services and Humboldt County Child Welfare Services. The program is targeted to families in which a child is at high or very high risk of experiencing abuse or neglect. Intensive, in-home services – often combined with individual or family counseling – are focused upon reducing the risk of abuse and preventing further court involvement with the family.
